FIAC 2023 has a submission in different categories as following.

You are invited to submit an abstract for an Oral or a Poster Presentation at the Food Innovation Asia Conference 2023. Each abstract must be an original and unpublished work, not submitted for publication elsewhere (copyright problems fall entirely under the responsibility of the authors).  One registration account is limited to a maximum of 2 papers.  FIAC 2023 calls for an abstract submission in various categories as follows.

Division (A) Food Chemistry, Nutrition, and Analysis

Division (B ) Food Processing and Engineering

Division (C) Food Product Development, Sensory, and Consumer Research

Division (D) Food Microbiology, Food Biotechnology, Fermentation

Division (E) Related Topics (Food Packaging, Food Safety & Quality, Food Laws & Regulations, Food Policy, etc.)
